I agree that many aspects of reverse logistics are different from &#039;normal&#039;, forward logistics -- that is why there are people like you who build a career out of this specialism; but when I talked about the &#039;basic&#039; principles I was actually referring to&lt;a href=&quot;http://michaelkeizer.com/humourless/2009/your-fundamental-rights/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt; the five rights&lt;/a&gt;, which should be our guide in reverse as much as in forward logistics.
